CalGeo / SCE Beach Day

When: Saturday, May 11th
Where: Avila Beach, CA
What: Join CalGeo and SCE for a day under the sun at Avila Beach! You can splash around in the waves, play some beach volleyball or soccer, and eat some delicious grub. And if you want to put your geotechnical skills to the test, CalGeo will be hosting a sandcastle building contest of epic proportions! Mustang Baseball Game: Cal Poly vs CSUN

When: Friday, May 17th at 6:00 pm
Where: Baggett Stadium at Cal Poly
What: Show you Mustang pride and cheer on Cal Poly as the team takes on Cal State Northridge! Get to know some of your fellow SCE members and bond over  America's Pastime. Tickets are FREE with your Student ID!

Relay for Life

When: 5/18-5/19 (Noon-Noon)
Where: The Track on Campus
What: Come out and support SCE's team and help raise money for those affected by cancer; the funds raised will go towards anything from chemotherapy treatment to wigs for those whom have lost their hair from their medication. We will be walking around the Cal Poly track for a full 24 hours, with each hour having a different theme. There will be entertainment, prizes, and more! Bowling Night with ASCE SLO Branch

When: Thursday, May 23rd from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Where: Mustang Lanes
What: Come out to Mustang Lanes and bowl the night away with your fellow SCE member and some ASCE branch members! Bowl a couple frames, chow down on some free pizza, and network with local professionals. Contact Kristen Nugent at kmnugent@calpoly.edu if you're interested in attending.
