HOW TO SIGN-UP
(Chapter Membership)
Come to any general meeting and sign up with an officer. Membership costs $35 (cash or check) for the entire year, which includes discounts at local restaurants, discounted or free fieldtrips, food at all general meetings, and SCE's 2009-2010 t-shirt.
(National Membership)
1. Renew membership- Go to https://www.asce.org/lib/redirect/?redcode=mmbren and either sign-in and renew it, or if you've forgotten your information type in your e-mail address that you used to sign up and it will prompt you and allow you to sign in.
New Membership- Go to https://www.asce.org/online/join/index.cfm?membership=2002 and click 'Student Membership'. The only things you need to fill out on the following page are How you heard about ASCE, if you are a Full or Part time student, check the box for 'I am a member of my school's organization or have applied for membership', check the United States box at the bottom of the page, and 'Continue' to the next page. The next page is your personal information that you will fill out. After you finish signing up it will give you an ASCE Membership number, so write it down to remember it for signing up with Cal Poly.

2. Please bring the following information to the SCE meeting: Name, E-mail, ASCE No., and Year in school. There will be a table set up for sign-ups for SCE. If you are unable to make it to the meetings due to scheduling conflicts, please e-mail the above information to Stefanie Gille, at sgille@calpoly.edu.
***You must sign-up on ASCE's website and give us your information in order to officially be in SCE***
3. Make sure that you have both signed up and paid, otherwise you will be removed from club list if you haven't paid for your membership. At the next meeting we will have lists of those who have paid and signed up online or at one of the meetings that we will be checking off before we give you your t-shirt and membership cards.
4. The membership fee for the entire year is $30 if you pay at the first meeting. It is $35 to sign-up at any of the following club meetings.
